Phaos Consulting is an international, multicultural, and multilingual management consulting firm. In ancient Greece, the word 'Phaos' stood for 'light' or 'clarity.' Our clients invariably seek to shed light on their future. We assist them in allowing this future to emerge through reflection and action. In this context, 'reflection' is the careful consideration of their mission, ambitions, corporate culture, current values and qualities of key personnel. 'Action' is moving the organization toward a new vision; rarely through grand change programs but rather through prototyping, small but significant steps that allow the organization to experience the benefits of new ways of thinking and acting.

Our company motto, 'Connected to change', reflects our belief that sustained growth and change are only possible if the members of the organization are connected; to a shared mission and vision, to their clients, colleagues and leadership and to their own passion and inner strength, their 'best future selves'. Although we are based in the US, we also provide services to clients in Europe through our partnership with Phaos BV in The Netherlands, including a satellite office in Sweden.
